About the Author
Danielle Morrill is a business process analyst turned startup junkie, and is Director of Marketing for Twilio (where she tries out her constraint marketing tactics in the real world).
Her experiences in retail, prior startups, as a consultant, and as a business process analyst for a Fortune 1000 global logistics company fed her passion for continuous process improvement, and a blog post by Dave McClure provided the impetus to start this blog.
